It is my pleasure to help homeowners build their ADU. There is nothing more important in construction than to know what the next step will be and this is critical as an owner builder since we don't do this on a day-to-day basis. Even if hiring a general contractor to build the adu if we know the next step of construction the GC will not take us for a ride or try to bring up unexpected costs.
