Service's

Meter Permit

If your project requires a meter for the ADU, we’ll handle the process on your behalf. We also take care of all the necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth experience

Labor and Materials

Our estimate includes all labor and materials. You will never be charged for materials not delivered or for work that has not been completed

Inspections

Our team will be on-site for every inspection to ensure all work meets city requirements. Should any corrections be needed, we will address them promptly and efficiently

Final

Our scope of work begins with the rough installation of all wiring and continues through to the final touches—including installing outlet covers, LED lights, and properly labeling breakers—ensuring a smooth and successful final inspection
