Labor and Materials

The estimate will include all labor and materials. You will never be charged for materials not delivered or for work that has not been completed

Inspections

Fernando will be on site ready to meet the city inspector to answer any questions from the city inspector.

Rough framing, including rough framing around new windows and front door door
Anchor bolts & hold-downs. Must pass a special epoxy inspection.

Installation of new construction windows and front door

Range hood metal duct vent

Shear walls
Resilient Channel ( if you have an attached garage )
