Prices

Distance to ADU 20FT

Starting at $17,000

Rough plumbing for a Studio ADU, Kitchen, 1 bath, hook ups for washer dryer and water heater
New sewer, water, and gas line
All interior plumbing will be Pex, exterior copper
All work to be done per plan and to pass inspection
Not including trenching
A detailed estimate will be provided following a site walkthrough.

Our Service's

Sewer line

As required by code, we will install a new sewer line to the ADU and ensure it passes inspection without issue

Water line

We’ll connect to your current water line and install a new line that runs directly to the ADU

Gas line

If needed, we’ll install a new gas line. We also recommend that homeowners check with their gas company, as in some cases they may provide a new gas meter at no cost

Final Rough inspection

We’ll be present for all plumbing inspections with the city inspector and take care of any corrections right away if required
